CNC 5-axis vertical milling centers can machine parts up to 20"x 20" x 11" and are equipped with multiple position tool changers, allowing complex machining cycles to run without the need for multiple set-ups on different machinery. Our CNC lathes are capable of turning precision parts up to 32" in diameter and 120" long with a maximum chuck diameter of 20". High capacity horizontal boring mills can machine smaller volume work up to 96" x 54" x 36". Complete machining capabilities include drilling, threading, knurling, broaching, profiling, hard cutting, and hard turning.

We machine a variety of materials including metals such as tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and beryllium copper alloys, as well as graphite, plastics, and wood. All fixturing and tooling is built in house and capable of producing parts with dimensional tolerances of ±.0005". Dimensional inspection is performed with precision CMM equipment, optical comparators, and certified measuring devices. Weight capacity for machining individual components is 15,000 lbs., while overhead lifting capacity is 30,000 lbs. Flatbed trailers are capable of transporting up to 55,000 lbs. of parts per load.
