Our EDM systems are equipped with automated tool changers and configured for lights-out manufacturing, enabling continuous machining once setup is complete. Using graphite electrodes, we create complex geometries in hardened metals, including tool steels, without the need for annealing or post-machining heat treatment. EDM machining eliminates heat distortion, making it ideal for components manufactured from steel, aluminum, copper, and beryllium copper alloys.

We achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.0003 inches with surface finishes down to 6 RMS. Our wire EDM tank accommodates parts up to 20" × 14" × 12", while our ram EDM offers a working envelope of up to 47" × 25" × 19".
